Unlike many custom shops, we don't believe in making you wait. Every item you see on our site is already handcrafted and sitting in our studio, ready to find its new home.

Processing Time: We ship all orders within 1 week (usually sooner!).

Handcrafted Quality: Please note that every rug and piece of apparel is handmade with care. This means your item is a one-of-a-kind creation, not a mass-produced factory product.

Tracking: As soon as your order hits the road, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location. We currently ship to USA and Canada
